2. What this site collects
This website is a static informational site. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics, ad networks, social-media widgets or third-party fonts. The only personal data we process arises from two sources:
- Server access logs. Our web server records each request with the client IP address, the requested URL, the user agent string, a timestamp, and the HTTP response code. These logs are kept for at most 30 days and are used solely to operate the site, troubleshoot errors, and defend against abuse.
- Direct contact. If you write to us by email or phone, we keep the message and contact details necessary to reply and to maintain a record of our correspondence.
3. Legal basis
Processing is based on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website and in responding to inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR / Art. 31 revFADP), and, where you contact us, on the necessity of taking steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
4. Recipients
Access logs are processed on our behalf by Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft Azure), which hosts the server. We do not share personal data with other third parties unless required by law.
5. Transfers outside Switzerland / the EEA
The server is hosted on Microsoft Azure in the United States. Visiting this site therefore involves a transfer of your IP address and request metadata to the United States, where it is processed by Microsoft on our behalf. Microsoft is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and its Swiss extension, and offers Standard Contractual Clauses as an additional safeguard for international transfers. If you would prefer not to have your data processed in the United States, please do not use this website.
6. Your rights
Subject to the conditions set by Swiss and EU data-protection law, you have the right to access your personal data, to request its rectification or erasure, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Switzerland: the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner; in the EU: your national authority).
7. Changes
This notice may be updated when the site changes. The most recent version is always the one published here.
